Six-Year Anniversary of the Trazana A. Staples Foundation

We are marking the six-year anniversary of the Trazana A. Staples Foundation.

The Trazana A. Staples Foundation was established to promote integrative, alternative, and complementary practices such as yoga, tai chi, massage therapy, reiki, art and music therapy, chiropractic care, aquatic therapy, meditation, mindfulness, acupuncture, therapeutic gardening, and other healthy lifestyle tips in underserved communities. The foundation aims to provide information and resources to individuals in these communities who may not have access to or knowledge of these alternative practices and education.

With donations and funding from sources such as the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County Ohio Inspire Grant, and public contributions. Throughout these years, we have engaged communities with support from organizations like the Avondale Community Council, SOACT, Walk With Me, The Heights Movement, Cincinnati Recreation Commission, and the Powell Crosley Jr. YMCA. To date, we have launched the Intergenerational Wellness Partners (IWP) Workshop Series and IWP Youth Symposium, with more community-sponsored events planned.

We ask that you share our videos, attend any of our workshops, or give a donation of $6.

Thank you for your support over these years.
